Cottage Core Prairie Style Ruffle Blouse Handmade Victorian Western School Ma'am

This wonderful button up blouse was lovingly handmade in a fab blue, green, black, & silver plaid. It has ruffle details around the high collar, cuffs, and hem. As it is handmade, there are no size tags but I think it is a size xs to small. No stretch.
