Costume Ruffled Old West/Victorian/Baby Doll Dress

Offers welcome! This could be a great start to a last minute costume! It zips up the back and has a removable black sash at the waist the ties in a big bow at the back. The last photo is of the dress without the extra sash, necklace(not included), and the puffy petticoat underneath(not included in this listing but will create another listing with it if requested). I also put a Walmart bag in each shoulder to create poof in all but the last photo. ‼️This dress does not fit my size extra small womens/ medium junior mannequin across the shoulders. I will add measurements later. It fits a large junior and medium women so I’d say about a size 6-10 depending on dress brand for size comparison. I know that doesn’t help a lot!
