Costume Jewelry Rose Gold Filigree

Bought this from TJ Maxx and have barely worn it! Costume jewelry. Metal/material unknown but rose colored. Clear/pink stone with 2 smaller purple stones on each side. Exact size unknown, but appears to be about a size 6 when I measured!
