Costume Dress - perfect for cosplay or Halloween!

This costume dress is perfect for cosplay or Halloween! My daughter wore it at a Renaissance festival, and she was a hit! The back closes with Velcro and there is a hoop along the bottom of the skirt for additional action when walking. The tag says M/L for sizing, and I would say this dress trends to the medium size, not the larger size. Please note that in the pictures my mannequin is wearing a black leotard that is not part of this item. All my items come from a pet-free, smoke-free home.
