Costume Dress Up Princess Leia pieces

I had to go to a costume party years ago dressed as Leia = the wig is blond but has the buns. It's a woman's size. There are two dresses, no idea how they are supposed to work -the collar is not attached. One has a silver ribbon for a belt.
