Costume| Darth Vader| Skirt

There is cracking in the design of the “belt” area. None of it is flaking off from what I can tell. This is the skirt only! I no longer have corset/bodice part of the costume. There are no runs/pulls or holes in the tulle of the skirt. Waist- 12.5 inches. (There is elastic in the back for a little extra room) Waist to hem length- 14.5 inches.
