I have contacted customer service . I told them the status is saying delivered, and I've tried multiple times to contact you with no response. The money as you know was taken from my account. I'd like a refund since you will not respond. And I have not received this item.Thank you.

@rainywillow the item was placed in my mailbox Saturday morning. Picked up by USPS, returned to myself today due (USPS) to the item being too heavy for the Poshmark shipping cost choice I made. When you messaged me late lastnight, I was asleep. I worked 12 hours today, just getting off at 6pm pacific time. I apologize for the inconvenience but by no means was I purposely dodging you, nor trying to keep your payment. I’ll do what’s necessary on my end to provide you your refund.

@luloc13 are you going to ship it again? Is this common with your sales? Why isn't it marked sold? I do slot of business on Poshmark and have never dealt with these issues with other sellers. You have other things I'm waiting to purchase from you. And this is really making me wonder your integrity. Please just ship it. You already received the money . Geesh

@rainywillow I needed to add a different ship wt. and reprint label to re-ship. It’s a completed trans, and couldn’t edit. I email Poshmark for your refund. I am not ignoring you, nor keeping $16 of your money. You question my integrity. I’m insulted. Im unsure why it prompted Delivered and Released your payment. I’m only depending on Poshmark to refund you your money, be done with issues, the insult and the messages I can only reply to at my earliest convenience.

I asked you to reship it. I can Payyou more money. I questioned the integrity when I had no response. After you did reply I understood. I ordered an item from you. Because your shipping info wasn't correct on your end, doesn't mean my daughter isn't entitled to the item. I e mailed push the other day, and told them I'm not interested in the refund, I want the order I paid for. That's what is fair. I run a business too , shipping large inventory, if I am wrong on delivery size, I eat that.

I initially just wanted to refund you your payment and be done with the shipping issue, and messages. However, I just returned home from work. (8 days out of town) I re-listed the item. $7 shipping is what Poshmark says is the appropriate cost & method.
