Corning Ware. Lidded. EUC. The bottom says: 1 3/4 Qt. P-1 3/4-B. Some minor use/wear scuffs on bottom & inside. no marks on lid. No chips. It only had light use. Very Nice condition. Vintage, but still a lifetime of use in it. Though this one is in the collectible catagory. Blue cornflower design on two sides. 1960's Dimensions: almost 9" across including the side handles. 7" across. 3.5 tall without lid. 5" tall including the lid. This is breakable, but not that fragile- Corningware makes amazing cookware. Classic, Iconic and long lasting. Safer to cook & bake in than many other coated metals..etc.. I washed it by hand, but I think these can go in the dishwasher- microwave, but I am sure there is more info on cooking sites or corningware- or you know more about them than i do :) This was made 1961-1966. If you are wondering what year a Corning ware dish is from - corningware411.com is one good one. P-1 3/4-B is the Model #. Why is this priced as it is? The marking on the underside indicates the year it was made & its rarity. I finally found one this same year, size, model & the same stamp underneath and am pricing this the same as it. There are ones going for 1-4k on Etsy similar but the late 60's ones 1966-1968. Here is great one. I am downsizing, and happy for this to go to a collector or new home. :) See photos.
