Corduroy Button-up Peplum Blouse / Top Notes: Size Small but definitely fits more like a medium. The flared bottom definitely does its job of flaring. Beautiful top but a bit too big on me. Double front chest pockets. Brown Buttons at the cuffs. Back is longer than front.
