Coral Bay black dress pants

Very nice black dress pants. Only one thing wrong with them and if you can sew it’s an easy fix! (I just never took the time to fix them) it’s around the waist and i included a picture of It and that’s how big the gap is.. if that makes sense.. I’ve only worn them twice.. not sure if the washer did the tear? Or what. But other than that I’m great condition.
