Coquette girl costume mini dress

Was gonna wait for Halloween but figure I’d post in case someone would want it for a renaissance fair. Has off shoulder sleeves but also has a tie to wear around neck so it stays put. No size or tags on it but best fit for maybe a Small. Maybe at least a 26in waist. From the top of the chest to the bottom is 23 inches. So definitely on the shorter side.
