This Timeless London v--neck fit and flare is sleeveless, has a gathered waist, hidden back zipper, and pockets. Great with a petticoat underneath. The size is a 3XL, or a 16. It has only been worn to try on. There is a little stretch to the material so measurements are approximate: pit to pit is 20in, waist is 19in, and total length is 46in.
