Cop.Copine Shift Dress Draped/Layered Front

Beautiful Cop.Copine dress! This is one of my favorite brands from France. The front is draped/layered and you tie it in back like a halter. Tag says 36 which is about a 4, but it is very tight in the hips for me (I’m 38”). Unstretched the dress is about 14.5” lying flat but it does have plenty of stretch. It fits me, just tighter than I’d like in the hips. Delicate cold wash. I wish I didn’t have to part with it! About 36” shoulder to hem. Armpit to armpit 15” unstretched.
