Cooperative glow in the dark summer party dress

Super cool dress from the early UO days. Great for a nighttime pool or beach party as there is a subtle glow from the white parts of the dress. It’s not super bright but still neat! And it has pockets! 30” bust, 25” length not including straps. Stretchy and adjustable straps. Cottons/spandex.
