Cooperative Yellow-Green Mini Skirt

Unique felt and velvet fabric combination, size 2 (fits more like a 4 but has a little stretch to it). Only worn once, excellent condition. Purchased from Urban Outfitters. Would be awesome with an oversized sweater and tights.
