Cooperative Striped bottoms

Cooperative Striped bottoms. These are 68% polyester 30%rayon 2% spandex These bottoms have never been worn, but they do not have any tags. They are so cute just too small for me to ever have worn. My loss. These feel less like swimsuits material and more like a soft fabric.
