Cooper St strapless tulip hem wrap dress

This dress from Cooper St is a pretty wrap top (has little stitch at top so it doesn’t open too wide). It’s maxi length, with a tulip hem (see the green model for example on). Pretty light material with side slits in the bottom for a light flowy fit. There is a lining a little shorter than the dress for a pretty sheer bottom look. 100% polyester. In excellent condition! No visible signs of wear.
