The interior of sleeves are not Sherpa but quilted. Jacket has metal Talon zipper closure with two snap buttons at waist and one at top of neck. Two large pockets at front with snap buttons and slit pockets under front pockets for keeping hands warm. The jacket has knitted fabric at cuffs and waist. Please see measurements and more information below. This item has not been sent to cleaners, however it could be worn as is, it's part of my husbands collection, priced accordingly.
