Authentic in very good condition
Stunning 1960s skirt suit in a classic windowpane pattern; I believe it's a nylon fabric. I styled it with a bow blouse and red belt, which are not included. It'd be gorgeous with a red blouse, can you imagine?!
Let's talk about the blazer. I love it with the skirt but can picture it with some dark wash jeans. Here's the details on it:
-Brass-plated buttons to close the blazer
- Flap pockets
- Striped ribbon trim
Now, the skirt:
- Zipper and hook and eye closure
- It has hidden pockets that have yet to have the seams broken to be used
Brand: The blazer has a "Al Cooper Beverly Hills" tag (and a ILGWU/union tag) while the skirt has a "Abe Schrader for Belle Saunders" tag. The two have the same fabric, and the blazer's lining matches the lining on the skirt's pockets.
Condition: There are two small, faint stains on the blazer's sleeve and two small rips in the blazer liner's seams.
Blazer measurements (flatlay)
shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 15"
pit to pit: 20"
waist: 19"
length: 23"
sleeve length: 23.5"
Skirt measurements (flatlay)
waist: 17"
hips: 21" (the skirt widens slightly as it gets longer, so the hips measurement can be slightly wider if you wear the skirt higher waisted which would look natural and nice)
The skirts width at the bottom of the skirt is 24.5"
length: 26"
