Coolwear high low wrap dress

Coolwear high low wrap dress in black. Elastic waist. Long sleeve with elastic cuffs. Draped, wrap style V neck. 96% tencel/4% spandex - really beautiful material that stretches but still falls nicely and doesnt stick to you. There are small fabric belt loops but no belt. I wore without nicely. Excellent condition! Purchased at a shop in Soho.
