This is a dog cooling vest. You get it wet and wring it out before putting it on your pet. It keeps your pet cool on walks in the heat and helps to prevent heat stroke. Size XS. See photos for sizing. 14.5-17.5 inch chest. In excellent condition. Probably used once.
