Cool Yellow Summer Dress

I wore this dress once! It’s so cute and i just outgrew it! It has cap sleeves and an elastic waist. It is 20” from the waist to the bottom; 34” long in total. Has two side pockets, because who doesn’t love a dress with pockets?!
