This is a cool surfer girl skirt by Designer Tracy Feith for Target size small. Fabric is 100% cotton and is machine-washable. Fabric is a nice heavyweight cotton, unlined. Skirt has back-zip closure. Approximate unstretched measurements are 26 inches at waist, 38 inches at hips, 17 1/2 inches in length. Vibrant colorful floral print fabric which is signed by the designer. Two hidden side pockets. Item is in excellent condition despite a tiny bit of tarnish on zipper pull.
