Cooking for kids

Great book, helps you with nutrition, get your kids to eat healthy, recepies ,I made awesome brownies low in fat high fiber and they were made with spinach and carrots.( you couldn't tell). I hate eating healthy but this cookbook sneaks vegetables into your foods and you won't taste them. I have copied alot of these recepies down. wanted someone else to benefit like I did from this book.
