Cookie Lee Reverseable Medallion Necklace

This is a double-chain, double-sided medallion necklace. It has intricate carving on one side and a beautiful abalone shell on the other. The swivel is tastefully done so that it appears as part of the necklace. There is also intricate carving around the circle that encases the medallion.
