This has so many details, rows of clear rhinestones, hearts and window panel design in the center. Open filigree back. This is not a locket and doesn’t open. Pendant measures about 2 1/8” x 1” Chain 18” - 21” I don’t see any silver-tone color loss. Vintage jewelry has been loved and used, because items are older they may have wear due to age, use and storage. Any obvious flaws will be mentioned or will be visible in pictures.
