Convertible dress/skirt with GORGEOUS damask pattern

So as I am posting all this stuff, this dress keeps taunting me ... Wear me, I'm soooo pretty!!! I might have to keep her...idk... Anyway, it can be a skirt or a dress, I always wore it as a dress. Light blue with dark blue damask pattern, and just a hint of sheen make this a solid investment! One size fits most.
