karenbarrett83 @lindachris sorry 4 the delay. I have never heard of this form of canine cancer. However, just from my brief research I was startled by the low survival rate and it is very progressive. It had to be devastating because as you experienced by the time owners realize something is wrong, it’s too late. There r several breeds that have a predisposition for Hemangiosarcoma, including the Lab, German Shepard, and the Golden Retriever. For more information you can visit: ccogc.net.
