Skater dress with super long waist tie (can wrap around waist twice and tie) Converse, one star, button fastening in chest for adjustable V neck fit. Cap sleeved. Hidden zipper at side. Extremely flattering. Size 2, machine washable. Good pre-owned condition. The seam has been pulled apart a little bit under the arm near the zipper. This is pictured.
