Converse Ultra Light Leggings in Metallic Rainbow - Girls XL

These Converse leggings are black their their base color and have rainbow splatters with a metallic sheen. Converse All Star logo on the front waist. No pockets. These leggings are very lightweight. They are a girls XL, and branding says about 13-15 years old. The waist seem has some bubbling. See photo. I do not believe this is from wear and is from the manufacturer.
