Converse Dress XL From Target NWT

This is a slightly off white almost cream dress that hits around the knee. It has a ruffled sleeve, collar, and trim around the hem of the skirt. It is very light weight and completely lined so no need to fear that it's sheer, this dress will have you covered. Just to give you some idea on the sizing of this dress I am generally an 18/20 in dresses and pants and the dress fits me great except for the chest. At a 38DDD it is too tight for comfort.
