Converse Chuck 70 Plus Hi

I have brand new Converse that I only tried on at home and found out they are too big. They are marked size 7 but fit more like size 8. I included a screenshot from their website that says they run a half size large and to order down. (I think they feel more like size 8 rather than 7.5) But I still have the box and they are like brand new. There is one tiny faded spot on the side of the shoe, shown in photo. It came like that from the factory. They are in a color called Utility/Egret/Black that I think was a seasonal style and not sold anymore.
