Converse A-Line Skirt

Super cute kind of pleated a-line skirt! (I know nothing about skirts) Dress it up or make it casual. - 3-inch (length) elastic waistband (details photographed above) so if you’re into that, good, but if not, I totally get it - Old but barely used so in great condition! - Tag says XS but can fit up to an M. I’ve listed it as the happy middle, S. Approx. Measurements > 26” waist > 17” length
