Contrarian maxi dress

This dress was bought and sent back. The tag says 0 but it measures 13.5 across so not a true size 0 apparently. More like a size 2-4. It’s a silk fabric and has 2 defects on the bottom of the dress( see pics). You can not see the defects when the dress is on as they are on the bottom This dress HAS NOT been altered in any way. MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE YOURSELF BEFORE AND ASK ANY SIZING QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE PLEASE!!!!!!
