Connie Howard strapless, floral, bodycon style (form fitting), dress. It has a zipper in the back and elastic on each side at the top. Size 4. Pre-owned, good condition. It says 2 piece on tag (had a matching jacket I don't have anymore). The white color in dress is a very light pink (hard to tell in photos).
