Connected Apparel Sleeveless Black & White Floral Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @ediesthriftique. Loved it, but it did not fit me. Floral Dress V-Neck / Hidden Back Zipper Sheer Pattern Overlay / Wide Ruched Black Waistband Measurements were off when purchased. I measured 16in armpit to armpit and 15in at the waist. I would say it is more like a size medium or 8-10, rather than a size 14. There was also a stain on the dress. The overlay makes it less noticeable. I obviously received it this way. Pretty sure it would wash out. Questions? Leave a comment below!
