Connected 2 Piece Suit with unique tie closure

Charcoal black 2 Piece pants suit with tie and button closure on the top. Top has a tear in the small liner with tag (pictured) and small snag on side of pants. Jacket: 24" shoulder to bottom, 22" shoulder to cuff, 16" armpit to cuff, and 20" armpit to armpit. Pants are 15" across at waist and have a 27" inseam.
