Sponged on layered cake lip gloss by lip smackers Vintage 90s Bonne Bell Smacker HTF. Flavor- confetti surprise This is vintage and a super rare find. (Currently only one on the internet) The white part is heavily used. See photos. Smoke free home. I cannot guarantee any smells, texture due to age. not for use on lips due to age.
