Confetti dress S

Worn a few times, in great condition. Lands just above the knees (I’m 5’2”). Has a tie at the elastic in the waist. Pockets are only in the shell, not the lining so they can only hold small/light things like chapstick. Fun dress! Surprisingly flattering on.
