Concepts by Caren VTG Blouse, Sz

This Vintage Concepts by Caren blouse has a hidden button placket, soft gathers at the shoulders in both the front and back. The neckline has fabric that is pushed through a loop to create a 'bow'. Shoulders measure 16", pit to pit 20", length 24" sleeves 24". There is no fabric content tag but I'm guessing it is 100% polyester. From 1980's Excellent condition!
