This is barely used and comes with the instructions. In very good condition as well. As far as using it, it says to grasp the garment steamer by the handle with the steam jets facing away from you. Begin at the bottom of the fabric to allow the steam to rise inside and outside, removing wrinkles. Uses Distilled Water. No box.
