This lovely blouse has a two button closure at the top of the keyhole neckline, a ruffled front, 3/4 sleeves elasticized at the bottom, and an elasticized waistband that lets you adjust the look. From armpit to armpit it measures approx. 20" and about 25" from shoulder to hem.
