Commense Pleated Semi Sheer Long Skirt with Built in Slip in Black Size Small

NWT Black Skirt with knit stretchy waistband and tiny little pleats through out. The pleated fabric seems like crinlon, a stiffer fabric to retain the pleats. The top half of the skirt is lined and has a knit slip built into it. The bottom of the skirt is thinner. It would allow the legs to be visible through the pleated fabric.
