My daughter took these out of her Vionic shoes and replaced them with her Podiatrist’s custom orthotics. Size 7, you can trim it down to size 6.5 by trimming the toe end. I would not trim down past 6.5 otherwise the arch will be in the wrong spot on your foot. Great solution for us girls with high arches
