Columbia womens size small climbing/ Hiking pants with pockets (read description

This have been altered. Please look at all photos to see measurements. It looks like these have been taking up in the waist on both sides and an elastic band has been placed in the back. I believe this use to be men's pants because the tags say they are a 38W/30L.
