is this waterproof?

@rwalters18 It is water-resistant. It’s made to bead off rain/water from limited precipitation. It doesn’t have the rubbery feel that waterproof jackets have. This jacket is more for cooler spring/summer/early fall weather/wind. It is not a dedicated rain jacket.
