Columbia omni shield jacket with roll up hood XL

Zipper pockets, adjustable waist and cuff. Air vent on the back. Love this Jacket but it doesn’t fit anymore... it fits more like a Large. Has major snagging inside from the Velcro for hood pocket, but not noticeable when wearing.
