kleejo412 @kbbolen sorry I forgot to do this earlier. It was a crazy Easter! 32 inches around. Laying flat they are 15 3/4 inch at the top (the most narrow part.) I’d say these have got to be close to a true 4. I’m a 6/8 and they go on but def are not buttoning. 😂
