glitzxoxo Hi hun. You ordered the lot of Jojo bows from me. Have you received them? I keep checking the tracking and it still hasn’t changed. I shipped them on the 26th and it is still saying it hasn’t left my state. I’m just wondering if the post office is having a problem.

glitzxoxo @racomptonssssss no I called the post office last week and they said they are just delayed... they didn’t have an explanation I will try and give them a call again today if not tomorrow and see what the hold up is! I am so sorry this is rediculous.

glitzxoxo @racomptonssssss they started an investigation on the package. They said sometimes the packages get stuck in the machines and eventually work themselves out... doesn’t sound very good but they said they are going to look into the machines and I should hear a response back in the next 3 days... I’m so sorry this is so delayed! I hope they find it and I will keep you updated

glitzxoxo @racomptonssssss I’ve talked with my post office and yours and they are both saying they can’t find the package so last week I filed for lost package and haven’t heard anything back from that. I will call again today to see if they have any news. I’m so sorry and their not giving me any information and they can’t explain how the package is now lost. All they can say is that it got picked up and in the middle of transition it has gotten lost.

glitzxoxo @racomptonssssss I still haven’t heard anything back. I’m going to submit a refund claim with the post office and I will also try and contact poshmark to let them know the package got lost in the mail so they can release your money back to you. I’m not sure what else to do
