Hi! Is this a light blue/like powder blue? How would you describe? Also, is that staining on the cuffs, hard to tell in the picture if it’s shadow or dirt. Thanks!

@queenbeeessntls Hi there yes, it's a nice light/powder blue! The jacket is freshly washed, so yes, there is a little bit of staining on the cuffs, and I lowered the price significantly to accomodate that (whoops, forgot to include that in listing). Other than that one area, it's in REALLY great condition. So price is firm!
